Water Has Already
Found the Crack.
The question is whether you've sealed it yet.
HydroSeal is a 3-layer elastomeric membrane, engineered with a Fibre-Reinforced Core and 100% Pure Acrylic binder that bonds to concrete, balconies, gutters, and bitumen to form a watertight seal that moves with the structure.

Most Waterproofing
Coats the Surface.
HydroSeal Becomes Part of It.
Standard waterproofing paints sit on top of a surface. When the substrate expands, contracts, or cracks — and in Nigerian heat cycles, it will — the coating separates. The leak returns.
HydroSeal is engineered differently. Its 3-layer composite system — Base Coat, Embedded Fibre Mesh, Top Seal — creates a reinforced membrane that bonds into the substrate and stretches with it. The result is permanent elastomeric waterproofing, not a coating that needs reapplying every season.
And Why Each Step
Matters
Surface Preparation
Before any coat is applied, the surface must be completely clean, dry, and free from contamination. Dust, oil, loose paint, or biological growth will break adhesion before the product has cured.
The Foundation Coat
A heavy first coat of HydroSeal is applied directly to the cleaned substrate. Coverage runs at 15–20m² per bucket. This build depth allows the acrylic binder to fully penetrate and grip the surface.
The Structural Core
While the base coat is still wet, Fibre Mesh is embedded into the surface using a dry roller. The mesh is pressed until the paint bleeds through — no air bubbles, no wrinkles.
The UV-Resistant Finish
A final coat of HydroSeal is applied over the embedded mesh, burying the fibre completely and forming the UV-resistant outer seal. Locks the full composite into a single elastomeric membrane.

Why Waterproofing Fails —
And What to Check Before You Start
Most waterproofing failures are not product failures. They are surface preparation failures. Understanding the difference is what separates a repair that lasts 7 days from one that lasts 7 years.
Dirty or Contaminated Surfaces
Dust, oil, loose paint, or biological growth on the substrate breaks adhesion before the product has cured. HydroSeal must be applied to a clean, dry, uncontaminated surface — this is not a recommendation, it is the system's structural requirement.
Skipping the Fibre Layer
Single-coat waterproofing products can seal minor surface moisture. They cannot bridge structural movement. If your roof has existing cracks — hairline or visible — a fibre-reinforced membrane is the minimum viable solution.
Applying Too Thin
HydroSeal's spread rate is calibrated for a high-build application at 15–20m² per 20L bucket. Stretching coverage to reduce cost reduces film thickness and eliminates the elastomeric performance the system is engineered to deliver.

Rust Patches are where
Roof Failure begins
Once moisture penetrates metal, the oxidation cycle accelerates every rainy season. Roof Coating forms a reflective, weatherproof barrier that halts corrosion at the surface and extends roof life significantly.
- Penetrates and encapsulates existing rust
- Reflects UV radiation — reduces thermal stress
- Bonds to corrugated iron, steel, and composite sheets
- Extends roof lifespan without full replacement
